This is a hands-on position and a great fit for someone who knows their way around tools, can troubleshoot problems. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years construction experience! Looking for skilled and experienced construction worker
Responsibilities
Help set up, organize, maintain, and improve our new manufacturing facility
Perform general maintenance, repairs, and handyman work
Operate a telehandler to move materials and equipment
Assist with loading, unloading, moving, and positioning heavy materials
Perform basic electrical work and troubleshooting
Complete carpentry, assembly, and repair work
Assist with welding and metal fabrication when needed
Use hand tools, power tools, and other shop equipment safely
Assist our manufacturing and facility teams with projects as needed
Help keep work areas organized, clean, and safe
Be willing to jump in and help with whatever needs to get done
What We’re Looking For
Basic carpentry skills and strong knowledge of common hand and power tools
Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical work
Experience operating a telehandler required
Welding experience is a plus
Must be mechanically inclined with good problem-solving skills
Dependable, hardworking, and able to work independently
Willingness to learn and take on a variety of tasks
Strong focus on safety and getting the job done right
