What You'll Do
Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders

Create process flow diagrams, use cases, and user stories
Collaborate with development teams to translate business needs into technical specs
Conduct gap analysis and support UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
Assist in creating business cases and project documentation
