Integration Analyst, Bilingual Spanish/English

Job Description:

Provide integration support to English and Spanish-speaking customers integrating NMI's payment solutions
Work with customers to ensure required functionality and correct software flow
Maintain personal implementations of NMI products to understand solution functionality, including SDK updates
Create and update internal and external product documentation
Serve as a technical integration contact for NMI colleagues
Contribute to projects as required

Requirements:

Professional fluency in Spanish and English, with clear and confident technical communication in written and spoken formats
Experience coding in Objective-C, or willingness to learn
Experience coding in at least one of C#, C++, or Java
Good understanding of Windows and Linux operating systems
Basic networking understanding for supporting network-related issues
Customer-centric approach and excellent customer service skills
Ability to prioritize workload and identify high-priority tasks
Ability to explain technical information to customers with varying technical knowledge
Strong problem-solving skills
Outside-the-box thinking and initiative
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Positive can-do attitude
Proactive approach to tasks
Preferred: experience with CSS, HTML, and PHP
Preferred: experience with Windows Server and/or Windows CE
Preferred: experience using a customer ticketing system
Preferred: experience in the payments industry
Preferred: knowledge of development frameworks
