Major Account Executive, SMB Sales

Job Description:

Acquire accounts within an assigned geographic territory
Sell T-Mobile products, services, and solutions to gain new business
Generate and work le through prospecting, cold calling, and networking up-market
Identify customer needs and recommend wireless solutions, including price plans, data services, handsets, and accessories
Devise creative and effective sales approaches, solutions, and proposals
Negotiate and close deals
Partner with Retail Stores in the assigned territory to drive Business Sales results
Educate retail teams on Business Sales products and services and close Business Sales le
Utilize sales force automation, funnel management, and prospecting tools
Manage the sales funnel and report on sales activities and forecasting
Maintain current knowledge of products, services, industry trends, and competitive dynamics
Participate in product and service training and attend sales meetings

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED (Required)
At least 18 years of age
Legally authorized to work in the United States
4-7 years outside sales experience with demonstrated history of sales achievements in a commissioned environment (Preferred)
2 years experience solutions/applications selling (Preferred)
2 years telecommunications / technical sales (Preferred)
Travel required
Results-oriented and persistent sales professional
Ability to meet and exceed monthly sales quota objectives
Ability to use advanced prospecting, cold-calling, networking, and lead/referral generation techniques
Ability to analyze customer needs and use solution-based selling techniques
Ability to negotiate and close business deals
Ability to use sales force automation, funnel management, and prospecting tools
