Virtual Assistant for Resale Business – Outreach & Editing

We are looking for a reliable, motivated, long-term Virtual Assistant to help with our electronic resale business. The main responsibilities will be reaching out to potential sellers on Facebook Marketplace and OfferUp, communicating with interested sellers, following up with le, and coordinating meetup appointments. You will also be responsible for editing short-form videos/Reels using CapCut or Premiere Pro to help grow our social media presence.

This position requires someone who is reliable, responsive, organized, and able to get work done on time. Communication is very important, especially when dealing with active le and scheduled meetups. We are looking for someone who can follow our process but also take initiative and work independently.

The workload may increase as the business grows, and there will be opportunities for additional work and performance-based pay incentives for someone who consistently does a great job, especially with outreach and bringing in quality le and successful deals.

We are looking for someone interested in working with us for 6+ months, not just a short-term project. Experience with Facebook Marketplace, OfferUp, appointment setting, customer communication, and short-form video editing is preferred.
