This role focuses on building custom applications, reports, and integrations using Workday Extend APIs to meet client-specific needs. The consultant will bridge business requirements with technical solutions through configuration, development, and testing, and develop complex integrations between Workday and other systems.
Responsibilities
Build custom applications, reports, integrations (EIBs, Studio), and workflows using Extend APIs, focusing on client-specific needs.
Bridge business requirements with technical solutions, involving configuration, development, and testing.
Develop complex integrations between Workday and other systems using web services and tools like Workday Studio.
Requirements
Workday Extend: Core platform knowledge, configuration, and development.
Web Tech: Javascript, XML, JSON, XSLT, SOAP/REST Web Services.
Development Tools: Workday Studio, EIBs (Enterprise Interface Builder).
Methodologies: Agile, Scrum.
Functional Areas: Experience in HR (HCM) or Finance implementation is often needed.
