Job Description:

Edit high-converting paid social for Meta, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts
Create direct-response style creatives optimized for performance and ROAS
Develop strong hooks, pacing, captions, sound design, and CTAs that drive conversions
Rapidly produce and iterate multiple ad variations for testing
Collaborate closely with media buyers and growth team to improve performance
Analyze winning creatives and replicate patterns that scale
Stay on top of TikTok, Meta, and short-form creative trends

Requirements:

2+ years editing for DTC or e-commerce brands
Strong portfolio of performance-driven ad creatives
Experience editing for Meta, TikTok, Instagram Reels, and paid social
Deep understanding of direct-response marketing
Strong sense of pacing, hooks, retention, and storytelling
Experience using AI tools for creative production, editing, scripting, voiceovers, or workflows
Ability to work fast and handle high creative output
Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar tools
